What's your go to pimple solution

Hello everyone, just like to know your solutions to pimples, I know there are lots of things out there, but would be great to hear it from your own experiences

I do the basic, washing my face with soap, after that, applying cleanser and moisturizer.

I just don't mind if I have a pimple. I just let it be and clean my face at least 3 times a day.
